Specialty Cleaner for Tires and Engines KO Tire Kleen™ is a biodegradable liquid concentrate formulated for cleaning grease and heavy soil loads from whitewalls and tires. As a Heavy-duty cleaner and degreaser it is recommended for tires and engines only. It is specially formulated to be effective under the most extreme soil conditions. The unique blend of complex phosphates, alkaline builders, and non-ionic surfactants provide the optimal level of alkalinity and wetting properties for maximum penetration of soils.
